This digital camera software uses a three-step process to print, e-mail and touch up your photos. The program can send large photos and eliminate attachments by reducing photos down to 50KB and placing them directly into the body of an e-mail.
You can make prints on your home or office printer in standard sizes. Photolightning supports specialty papers, or you can print complete album pages with captions at the click of a button. Photo enhancements include correcting back lighting, adding Flash, correcting focus, boosting colors, red-eye removal, cropping and auto-levels.
For photo backup, the software shows you which of your photos have not yet been backed up; it then writes them to CD or DVD, and creates a thumbnail index page. For more advanced users, Photolightning's batch processing function supports resizing, changing format, adding watermarks, removing EXIF information, renaming and changing time stamps.
